Minutes are draft until ratified by Council at the next meeting. 

'Additional Documents' will show Planning, Correspondence, Finance, and Information reports, if they are issued to councillors that month. Not all of these papers are issued each month. For instance, there may be no planning applications that month, or no Information or Finance report may be written.
